dotell.studio is the website of Do Tell, a storytelling studio and a Woodworth Group LLC company. In these terms, "Do Tell", "we", and "us" mean Woodworth Group LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, the fix is simple: do not use the site.

The words, design, artwork, wordmark, and everything else on this site belong to Do Tell unless noted otherwise. You are welcome to read, share links, and quote small parts with credit. You may not copy the site or its contents for commercial use, republish it as your own, or use the Do Tell name and marks without written permission.

Emailing us does not make you a client and does not create a confidential or professional relationship by itself. That happens when we both sign an engagement agreement, and that agreement, not this page, governs client work. Still: ideas and materials you send us remain yours, and we treat inquiries with care, as the privacy policy says.

Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape at scale, overload, or interfere with the site or the systems that serve it.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what happens there.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work hard on it, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do Tell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement about using this site. Not enforcing a term today does not waive it tomorrow.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date above changes and the new terms apply from then on.
